All you need to do to qualify to have your link on this page is to have a web site with a great PR on your home page and all your other pages, but on your links page you need a PR zero (or very low PR). If you meet those qualifications, then your link will be added to this page. ;) This is also where your link goes if I have exchanged links with you previously and you had a great PR on your links page, but then you moved my link to a PR zero page because you were "revamping" your links pages. When you get a PR 4 or higher on your links page, email me and I'll move your link to a PR 5 links page. It really does me no good at all to have my link on a PR zero page.
